Every PITCH'D piece is cut on premium combed cotton with a relaxed drop shoulder. Take your usual size for the intended fit, or size down for a closer fit.

Wash cold inside out, dry in shade, and never iron directly over the print. The knit softens with wear without losing shape.

We are not accepting returns or exchanges at the moment. Please check the fit guide before ordering.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, email contact@wearpitchd.in within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right.

PITCH'D is operated by PITCHD CLOTHING LLP, India ("we"). This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

What we collect: name, email, phone and delivery address; order, payment-status and return history (card/UPI details are handled by our payment partner Razorpay and never stored by us); account, wishlist, wallet, gift-card and referral activity; how you use the site (pages viewed, taps, time on page, device type, approximate city/country from your network); messages you send to customer care, job applications and form answers.

Location: only if you tap "Allow" (or "Use my location" / "Unlock with my location") and your browser grants permission, we receive your precise location (latitude/longitude and accuracy). We use it to (a) check whether the store is open or closed in your area, (b) fill in your delivery address, and (c) understand where our visitors are. Precise location is visible only to authorised PITCH'D admins, linked to your account if you are signed in, kept for 90 days and then automatically deleted. Without your permission we only use the country of your network to apply country-wide store availability. You can say no, and you can withdraw consent at any time with the button below or in your browser settings — the store still works with manual address entry.

Why we use your data: to process and deliver orders, provide customer care, prevent fraud and misuse, run your account, wallet, gift cards and referrals, send order and service emails, send marketing only where you have opted in (unsubscribe any time), improve the site, and meet legal, tax and accounting duties.

Sharing: only with service providers who help us run PITCH'D — payment (Razorpay), printing and fulfilment (Qikink), couriers, email delivery (Brevo), hosting and secure backups (including Google Workspace), and maps/address lookup (OpenStreetMap). We share data with authorities only when required by law. We never sell your personal data.

Retention: order, invoice and tax records are kept for as long as Indian law requires (generally 8 years); precise location for 90 days; activity logs as long as needed to improve the service; other data until you delete your account or ask us to.

Your rights: you can ask to access, correct, update or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, nominate someone to act for you, and raise a grievance. Write to contact@wearpitchd.in. We reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Children: PITCH'D is not meant for anyone under 18 without a parent or guardian's consent.

Grievance Officer (Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and IT Rules, 2011): PITCHD CLOTHING LLP, email contact@wearpitchd.in. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within one month.

We use reasonable security safeguards (encryption in transit, access controls, limited staff access). We may update this policy; the latest version is always on this page.

This website (wearpitchd.in) and the PITCH'D brand are owned and operated by PITCHD CLOTHING LLP, registered in India. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

Prices and payment: all prices are in INR and include applicable taxes (GST). Online orders must be paid within 10 minutes or they are cancelled automatically and any wallet or gift-card amount is returned. We may cancel an order for stock, pricing errors or suspected fraud and will refund anything paid.

Store availability and location: PITCH'D may open, close, preview or restrict the store, specific pages, or specific locations and countries at any time — for example during launches, drops or maintenance. Location-based access works only if you agree to share your location, and is given for a limited time. Faking or bypassing location, access codes or other restrictions is not allowed and may lead to order cancellation or account suspension.

Accounts, wallet and gift cards: keep your login safe. Wallet credits, promotional credits and gift cards have no cash value, cannot be resold, and follow the expiry and usage limits shown when they are issued (gift cards: 1 year, up to 50% of an order). Referral rewards are given only for genuine, paid orders.

Intellectual property: all designs, logos, photos and content belong to PITCHD CLOTHING LLP and may not be copied or used without written permission.

Liability: we are not liable for indirect losses or delays caused by couriers, payment partners or events beyond our control. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Law and disputes: these terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact contact@wearpitchd.in first; disputes are subject to the courts of the city where PITCHD CLOTHING LLP is registered.
